Vox Media launched this week on The List App, where all eight brands have created lists to discover about the future, TV & film, music, food, sports, news, fashion, and more.

Ryan Sutton, Eater's chief restaurant critic, exclusively reported that Danny Meyer would be eliminating all tipping at his restaurants. A collaboration with Eater's features editor Helen Rosner and a custom Vox Product project, the piece was also a successful experiment in storytelling within Chorus. Amanda Kludt, editor-in-chief of Eater, explained the breaking news on the Today Show; NY Editor Greg Morabito spoke with CBSN and NY1; and Ryan Sutton was interviewed on WNYC and HuffPost LIVE. Curbed welcomed Alexei Barrionuevo as its new editor-at-large. A former New York Times and Wall Street Journal scribe-turned-documentary filmmaker, Barrionuevo's first weekly Curbed column will launch Tuesday, October 20.
